The Soda Pop Pups were born in a Paw Placement foster home after their momma, Shasta, was rescued from a life living outside, birthing litter after litter, in northern AZ. These puppies have experienced nothing but love during their lifetime and are, therefore, friendly, confident and happy babies!

These pups will be ready for adoption on January 5, 2021.

Crush is handsome and so very sweet. He's also playful, fiesty, affectionate, intelligent, energetic and outgoing. Crush looks very much like a mixed breed and is likely a mix of many different breeds. Momma Shasta has a short, soft coat like a lab, and likely has some herding breed in her; she weighs about 60 pounds. Dad is unknown. These pups require a home with a yard; they are not appropriate for an apartment/condo setting.

A note from foster mom: Crush is kind of the pot stirrer in the group, but he really means no harm or drama...he’s just ALWAYS looking to play. Regardless of whether it’s “food time” or “nap time” or “play time”, he’s on his own clock, and he expects his siblings to conform to his schedule.... he’ll actually bug the other pups until they finally take his bait and join in on his antics! He’s also a big baby when he’s not getting enough attention from his humans... this little man isn’t afraid to get vocal with his emotions. He’s the smallest of the bunch, but I guess what he lacks in size he makes up for in sound.

Please note: socializing dogs, especially young dogs, is critical to their development. Puppies need to have positive experiences with new people, places, sounds, dogs on a WEEKLY basis to ensure they do not grow into insecure, fearful or even aggressive adult dogs. Please consider this when adopting during this pandemic. Socialization is currently more difficult, but it isn't any less important, so please be sure you can fulfill this need in a new dog before committing to adopt.

If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application. Because we are still understaffed due to COVID19, we will only be able to email those applicants that are approved to schedule a meet and greet. Thank you in advance for your understanding if you don't hear back from us regarding your application.
