How big is your heart? because you will need a big heart to hold all the love that Benny has to give. If you love a cuddly teddy bear who will follow you everywhere you go to be your best friend and companion, Benny is your little man. He has impeccable manners, a beautiful billowy grey and white coat and loves to be brushed and have his tummy rubbed. He is quite shy at first but you will soon see his true personality as a love bug. He comes when his new name is called and winds himself in and around you purring loudly waiting to be stroked and to snuggle with you. Benny loves to talk both with his voice and his unusually expressive tail.
We don’t know how Benny became homeless but he was roaming alone without food or shelter for quite a long time. A kind neighbor started feeding him and contacted Paw Placement. Benny was initially terribly frightened. With loving foster care, he has learned to trust humans again. He’s come on leaps and bounds in foster care and has gone from hiding to now freely roaming, cuddling and purring with his foster parents. He loves to snuggle on the bed at night and be with you whatever you are doing. Benny is a low maintenance fellow and perfectly healthy. He loves the simple things in life and needs very little to be happy – an afternoon nap, a window to watch birds, and some classical music. He’s a good eater and delights in cat treats and a bit of tuna fish.
He gets along well with a large dog he has been in foster care with and should be fine with other cats with a proper introduction.
