Chihuahua

Little Bella Adrianna was discovered when we had gone to a house where we had been called to pick up a stray...Lambchop...who has since been adopted. As we were picking up Lambchop...the lady in the unit next door came over to see what was going on. I told her about our rescue and what we did to help animals. She told me that she had a chihuahua that she didn't want anymore but that she was going to give it to her grandmother who breeds chihuahuas. I talked to her about the problem of overpopulation of dogs...especially chihuahuas here in Phoenix...and pleaded with her to please think about this before she gave her little dog to her grandmother. That night I got a call to come get her little dog. She had thought about what I had said and even though her grandmother wanted the dog to breed...she knew the right thing to do would be to give me the dog. I was so happy for this little dog! I named her after Adrianna who made the right decision to give up her little dog to a responsible person. Bella Adrianna had never had any shots, taken to the vet and of course was not spayed. Bella Adrianna has now had a complete vet checkup and is ready for a happy,stable home that she has never known.
