Sugar was rescued by the Phoenix Police Dept. after someone tossed him on a highway overpass like he was trash. This took a coordinated effort to get Sugar safely and we're so glad that our PD did just that. Sugar is RIDICULOUSLY AFFECTIONATE, handsome and has purrfect manners! He has quite the story and we want to be sure it has a permanent happy ending. , Meow from one of the cutest kittens to grace out condos!
