Stryker was abandoned outside. He was in good health and well-behaved. We suspect he was someone's pet and they just couldnt keep him anymore. So, away they moved, and left their dog on the street to fend for himself. Stryker refused to be homeless and walked up to the first animal rescuer he could find (how do the animals always pick us to saunter up to? How do they know?), Stryker is a good dog - he knows "sit," "stay," "lay down," and is working on "shake." He is also house-trained. Stryker likes most things about life EXCEPT cats. For some reason, he just refuses to get along with felines. For that reason, Stryker must go to an "ONLY DOGS ALLOWED" home. Because he is a BIG DAWG with a fair amount of exhuberance, Stryker should only go to a home where all humans are sturdy and other dogs are not tiny. Stryker will make a great pet for someone seeking the intelligence and beauty of his breed. He is a sweet Rottie fella! More about StrykerNot Good with Cats
