Two volunteers walked into Animal Care & Control on a day when there were many cats on the euthanasia list. So many animals have been abandoned at kill-shelters this year as people lose their jobs and their houses. Sundance sat alone in his kennel. Majestically he watched people stroll by. When we stopped to speak to him, he silently meowed back. "Save me," he said. And that, we did. Sundance is a wonderful kitty cat. He is very friendly and loving. He will make an ideal family friend for anyone looking for a laid-back kitty cat. While we pulled Sundance from the pound, we are the first chapter of his rescue.
