Merry little Marissa was picked up as a stray by her guardian angel and given a second chance. After nobody claimed this little girl she made her way to PawPlacement ...."unbelievable" we say, as she is a sweet little girl! She is only 27 pounds and is easily picked up by the first graders in the neighborhood and she adores children. She is in foster with other dogs and is fine and seems to love gentle hands and voices! She picked up leash walking in a night but will need to refine her manners a tad; she is super eager to please and responds to a gentle voice! She is fine resting in her crate and is just a happy little girl...she met all her foster brothers and sisters in a night and found them all to be quite nice. So far, she just ignores the cats and does not seem to find them the least bit interesting. Marissa is looking for a forever family who will care for her and make her part of their plans for the next 15 or so years. Being homeless is no fun and the streets are a scary place for a little girl. Please fill out an application if you are ready to provide Marissa a place in your family!
