Strudel sat quietly in her kennel at Animal Care & Control. Instinctively, she tried to make herself as small as possible to avoid attracting unwanted attention - in the wild, this would protect her from predators. Trouble was, Strudel couldn't have done anything to avoid what seemed to be an inevitable future in front of the needle. But at just the right moment, a Paw Placement volunteer noticed Strudel and knew that this girl needed a chance at a forever-family. Strudel is a sweet, quiet kitty who will do best in a low-activity household where her people have plenty of time to spend lavishing affection on her.
