The woman who rescued Betty, found her curled up on the side of the road. She was a little black ball of matted fur and was starved to the point that she no longer had the strength to support her own weight. She could not stand or walk. It took alot of tender loving care to nurse this girl back to health, but once she was romping on her own strength, Betty's guardian angel began to seek a safe way to find the happy girl a caring forever home. Betty has a sweet nature. She is gentle yet infused with puppy cheer. However, she has traveled a hard road in her young life and all initial introductions may render this girl a little shy. Betty should go to a quiet home where she can settle into the security of true love and affection. Betty loves to chase chickens and so must go to a home that is chicken-free!
