History

Miss Pepper was trying to survive on her own during some of Flagstaff's worst snow storms and was rescued by a nice lady who couldn't keep her due to allergies. Pepper is very affectionate, gives kisses, and is content to snuggle in your lap or on a chair in the sun. She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is FelV/FIV negative.
