History

People came into and out of the Animal Care & Control. They adopted kittens, colorful calicos, and terrific tabby cats. One little kitty sat all on her own. She was a kitty so sweet that the employees had removed her from the euthanasia list FOUR TIMES. Every time they had to take her to the euthanasia room, she would roll over for belly rubs, chirp a sweet kitty purr and head butt for love. She trusted humans so completely that all employees who interacted with her fell in love. So, on what was to be her definite last day, a Paw Placement volunteer came in for one cat. "PLEASE look at Kennel #292," an employee asked. Taking this kitty was a no-brainer. Zsa Zsa is truly a wonderful creature. Just look at her picture - she is rolling over for belly rubs and purring her little heart out. They say cats have nine lives, little Zsa Zsa is proof of that. She has dodged death five times and is still purring strong!!!
