    Cat Adoption Center:
    Scottsdale PETsMART, 90th St/Shea

    Adoption Hours/Days:
    Wed, Thurs, Fri: 6:30PM to 8:30PM
    Sat/Sun: 11:00AM to 3:00PM

    Dog Adoption Center: Made by appointment or every other Sunday at our PETsMART location from 12PM to 4PM.

     Phoenix Adoption Fees:
    We accept Check and Cash only.

    CANINE:

    Dogs (over 5 yrs old): $175.00
    Dogs (over 8 months): $200.00
    Puppies (under 8 months): $225.00
    Vetwork includes:
    Alter/Microchip/Vaccinations/Rabies Certificate
    As Needed: Dentals/Heartworm Test/Deworm

    FELINE:

    Cats (over 5 yrs old): $65.00
    Cats (over 6 months): $85.00
    Kittens (under 6 months): $100.00
    Adopt 2 Kittens Special: $175.00
    Vetwork includes:
    FVRCP/FeLV and FIV negative result/Alter/Microchip
    As Needed: Ear Mite Treatment/Deworm

    (Paw Placement is anti-carcinogen - ask us why we do not give our felines the Rabies vaccination)

    RESCUE ME! Pet Adoption Center at the Flagstaff Mall

    Friday, 1PM to 6PM
    Saturday, 11AM to 6PM
    Sunday, Noon to 4PM

    Online Adoption Application: Meet any dog or cat outside of adoption hours by filling out our adoption form. We will schedule a meet-n-greet at your convenience.

    Flagstaff Adoption Fees:
    We accept Cash and Check only.
